For the well-known Belgian cookie brand Jules de Strooper, we have supplied four lines that place boxes of cookies in an outer box. The entire line follows the following steps;
Fold the outer carton

Straighten the small cookie boxes and align them
Then pick up these boxes with the robot and place them in the outer box
Close the outer carton with hot melt.
The robot has seven different grippers that automatically switch when recipes change. Thanks to this setup, we’ve achieved more efficiency and flexibility (14 recipes per line and a capacity of 70 boxes per minute).
