For this project, we used a S420 Fanuc robot with vacuum grab, that can lift boxes and freezer spacers. This automation was realized on a floor space of approximately 6m2.

This automation saves 1 FTE. Because of this automation, the boxes can be placed on the pallet as firmly as possible. This ensures that, after the freezing process, the packages of meat will retain their form better, which contributes to a higher quality of the packages.
