Recently, we’ve installed two new palletizing solutions in Germany’s most modern chicken-butchery. After installing the first line in 2016, we’ve designed a more compact set-up. This advanced line consists of 2 yaskawa mpl 100 robots that grab an empty pallet, place it on the chain conveyor and then palletize it. The capacity of one robot is 17 boxes per minute.
