For a producer of cakes, we have developed a special robot line that we’ve placed directly behind the baking line of the cakes. The robot immediately takes the cakes from the belt and stacks them in series of 10 pieces. Then, the robot places them automatically in the right packages. With 2 ABB flex picker robots with vision system, we can process up to 160 cakes per minute. Efficiency guaranteed!
