For a company in the food sector, we have done the following project:
We’ve placed jars of rice porridge (200 grams per unit) in cardboard trays. The line that we’ve developed places 120 pots per minute in the cardboard tray. The pots are aligned, picked up by the robot and placed in the tray. Then, the trays are placed into a servo-driven stacking unit, that makes stacks of a certain number of trays on top of each other.
